  As far as the work that they do, my uncle looked very good. I just think that they should have had police escort considering we were navigating through the city of Portsmouth and had to travel through several intersections. I did not like the fact that we almost got lost on the way to the cemetery and that we got held up by some traffic lights. Maybe they will consider this for their next funeral

  My mother in law passed 2 months ago; so for 2 months of trying to get the death certificate everyone here has a different story as to why it has not been delivered. Even my husband has been calling and trying to keep contact from the MEU he's been on. Always the run around. First it was the hospital, next week it's in the mail and should be to us in 3 days, all the way till now where yet again something has went wrong. If there are constant issues please stop telling us it's "in the mail and on the way" every week that we call. Stop giving us the run around when called and confronted as to why we still have not seen it. Thank you. God forbid we do, but if funeral services are needed again, JT Fisher is last on our list.

  My grandmother passed in 2008 and people still talk about how lovely and organized​ her service was. EVERYBODY on staff were friendly, helpful and exceeded expectations. The photo compilation they put together and gifted my family on a disc was well done and unexpected...we still watch it, it captured her essence perfectly!

  Do not use them if you have children under the age of ten. People there are rude ane don't like them and will make you feel unwelcomed. My family has buried almost ALL my family members thru them over the years and now that the son has taken over, they are rude and only care about the money.
