  My son is currently enrolled in the inaugural Kindergarten class at Oak Grove Preschool and Kindergarten. We are so pleased with the program, his wonderful kindergarten teachers, classroom, and director and feel so blessed that this was available for us to sign up to after his graduation from Oak Grove Preschool. We did not want to give this school up! It is 5 days a week from 9-1 so he is able to benefit from the extra hour that the public school classrooms do not have.
  
  The class size is only 12-14, which is about half of what public kindergarten classrooms are currently at, with one main teacher and an assistant. He is receiving one on one time with his teacher several times during the week. I am so pleased with the attention he is receiving during that one on one time and he is also able to work in 4-5 child groups as well. I know that this would not be the case if he were in public school.
  
  The classroom is focused, loving, challenging, and is teaching my son how to make good choices on his own, do things independently, treat others with respect, and to have fun!! Every day all the children are having recess and lunch together and fostering the feel of a little family. He is excited to go to school and I know he is receiving a top notch education that doesn't exclude the love and knowledge of God (reading groups, computer time, music class, chapel, math, science, social studies, writing, etc). He is reading at a 1st/2nd grade level and his teachers are finding ways to challenge him and improve his skills and I feel like he is being catered to at the level he needs.
  
  I am always receiving pictures from the classroom on things the children are doing, papers and notes keeping parents informed, and I love that the parents are welcomed to come volunteer in and out of the classroom. Being involved and kept in the loop is something I feel is a necessity to a child's education and Oak Grove Kindergarten is amazing with this!
  
  If you are looking for a private kindergarten for your son or daughter, I recommend Oak Grove Kindergarten. It is the best choice I have made for my family and love seeing him and his love for learning grow each day.

  “We have been a part of the Oak Grove Preschool and Kindergarten family for two wonderful years now. The teachers, aids and director go above and beyond to create a loving, spiritual and safe environment for our daughter. She thrives off of the creative lesson plans and loves the hands on music class. It’s fun to hear what she’s been up to after pick up! We are so impressed with how much she’s grown and how confident she’s become. What an awesome foundation she’ll have for kindergarten and the many years of learning ahead.
  
  There simply aren’t enough words to express how grateful we are to have found this school. Oak Grove Preschool and Kindergarten is an absolute blessing!”

  Oak Grove Preschool and Kindergarten has provided my family with the perfect first school experience for my children. I cannot speak highly enough about the school. Every single member of staff at the school is a good mix of caring and professional. My children attended from three years old up to and including kindergarten. Both my children have thrived at the school and it has set the bar high for any future schools they attend. The school has excellent safety procedures in place which I felt to be very important when the children are so little. I was amazed the first day my children started at the school and not only their teachers, but the School Director Maryann, knew every single child's name and which class they were in. The extra programs offered for holidays are outstanding. The Christmas program was my favorite and my children will always remember getting to shop with the Angels. Such a special school, we all felt like part of the family there.

  My daughter started at Oak Grove five years ago as a two year old; she has thrived in the love based learning environment. They honestly believe that their number one job is to love the children. I have always felt confident that my child is completely safe and cared for at Oak Grove. She has been engaged and challenged by the academic program from day one, and always comes home excited about her day. I have no doubt that my child is more than ready for first grade.
  The care at Oak Grove doesn't stop with the students either, they genuinely care about the entire family and are always available to talk to parents. The teachers and the director are always willing to share parenting advice, commiserate on the trials of raising kids, or share a laugh whend they do something adoreable. Oak Grove has been a blessing on our family that will last forever.
